We’re an international social change collective, led by women & people of color. Together, we build social movements, teams and campaign strategies for equity and justice.

 
 

OUR COLLECTIVE & COLLABORATORS

 

Viv Benjamin Delarosa is our Founder. Viv has facilitated the co-creation of world-changing organisations, campaigns and movements in more than 30 countries for social, economic and environmental justice. With roots in the Philippine islands and Australia, Viv lives and loves in NYC.

Mia Paz Cambronero is our Campaigns Strategy Director. She’s a skilled facilitator, coach, singer songwriter, and cultural change strategist. Mia is Founder of We Could Be Music, a nonprofit music label for social change. Mia lives in Costa Rica and works internationally in Spanish and English.

Marie-Marguerite Sabongui is our Strategy Director. Growing up in a trilingual French-English-Arabic home, she works globally to help groups create campaign strategies on issues from refugee rights to climate justice. MM is Founder of Blind River Media, producing social impact films and storytelling.

 

Shieke Sharpe is our Certified Public Accountant, aka Ms Start-up Queen. Shieke directs the Future Bright Foundation for children in Jamaica, and leads a community of over 1,000 diverse women entrepreneurs.

Nitika Raj is a coach, facilitator, decolonizing philanthropy expert, and queer South Asian femme. Nitika founded Moksh, unleashing the power and liberation inside people in order to fundamentally transform the world.

Theon Freeman aims to amplify and uplift BIPOC voices, using his passion for Community, Culture and Connection. Theon builds communities and produces events, inclusive workshops and mental wellness retreats.

 

Kenneth Chomba is the Founder of Tatua Kenya, mobilizes youth people power with UNICEF, and facilitates global campaign strategies with Global & Collective across Africa and the world.

Morgan Fletcher is a creative storytelling leading narrative-shifting strategies to advance gender and racial justice by centering Black girls and gender-expansive youth of color in the US.

Tiffany Curtis is a Liberian-American facilitator, coach and cultural change strategist, creating social narratives and communities rooted in equity, inclusion, diasporic identity, and mental wellness.

 

Deepa Gupta is the founder of Jhatkaa.org, a people-powered advocacy movement in India. Deepa is a yogi, coach, social entrepreneur, meditation and laughter teacher.

Lauren Rascoe is a creative founder breaking the mold through collaboration, innovation, elevation, and diverse representation.

Aisha Ghosh has worked with Global & Collective to recruit and hire 100+ diverse leaders for social & climate justice movements around the world. She speaks English, Bengali and Hindi.

 

Sofia Madden is an award-winning social impact producer, shifting public narratives to move audiences for social justice. Sofia facilitates our workshops with media & entertainment content creators to shape socially progressive storytelling.

Nim Ralph is a QTPOC activist, trainer, founder, and facilitator, with 15 years experience empowering groups to center equity, inclusion and social justice in positive cultures. They facilitate our workshops and participatory processes in the UK, Europe and beyond.

Ellie Zeitlin is a strategist, farmer, mystic, and facilitator. Ellie supports frontline youth and impacted communities to start and scale people-powered campaigns for social and environmental justice around the world.

 

Bryan Coleman is a holistic facilitator and experiential learning trainer, known for his deep emotional intelligence, cultural competency, and ability to establish trust and rapport across diverse audiences. Bryan facilitates our racial & social justice culture workshops.

Yassmin is a Sudanese-born award-winning social advocate, author, speaker, and global expert in anti-racism, equity, inclusive leadership. At age 16, she founded Youth Without Borders. She has delivered workshops in 25 countries, and her TED talk has over 2.5 million views.

Jandira Queiroz is a Brazilian facilitator with over 15 years of experience in campaigns strategy for human rights, gender equity, LGBTIQ+ and minorities. Her purpose is to organize a better world to live and love through inclusive, integrated, gentle and hope-based storytelling.
